STAR-APIC event - 12th June 2008
 Thank-you to all who participated in the event. More than 60 people attended the STAR-APIC UK event on 12th June held at Ordnance Survey, Southampton.

The event focussed on best practice in the management, integration and publication of spatial data. In the morning Speakers from United Utilities, Dept of Agriculture (Northern Ireland), Infoterra, the Ordnance Survey and STAR-APIC gave a range of presentations. The afternoon activities included a range of tours and workshops. 70% of attendees rated the event excellent or very good.

New - AGI / BCS Better mapping 2008
 STAR-APIC are pleased to be attending the series of Better Mapping seminars organised by the British Cartographic Society (BCS) and the Association of Geographic Information (AGI). The seminars aim to provide information and assistance to attendees to help improve the quality, accuracy and effectiveness of digital and hard copy maps.
