Consultancy and Technical Assistance
STAR-APIC offers consultancy and technical assistance to help customers and partners with GIS related projects. We have staff who are Oracle Certified Professionals and Ordnance Survey Accredited Data Consultants available to work with you to address specific needs.
Recent projects include advice on data management, data quality and
data migration to development of custom web applications.
Technical support and application maintenance
STAR-APIC is proud to offer a comprehensive support service to accompany our products. We maintain a dedicated Support department which offers assistance and advice with the use of the STAR-APIC product range and third party products such as FME. The support department has many years experience with the software and, having close links with the development team, can help resolve any issues quickly.
